Delivery Charge
We charge a fixed price contribution towards shipping and packing costs of £6.95.
Delivery Timescales
We pride ourselves on a quick delivery of our stocked products. For stocked products, our cut-off for next day delivery is normally around 12 noon, but we aim to despatch all items within 1 working day. Please contact us if you need express delivery or timed delivery.
Although we process orders during most weekends, orders placed after noon on Fridays (subject to stock availability) will be dispatched the following Monday for next working day delivery, please bear this in mind when ordering over a weekend period.
Items out of Stock
If there is a problem dispatching your order or we believe that we may not be able to deliver in the stated timescale we will contact you as a matter of priority to discuss your options.
Need it Saturday? We can do that!
If you wish to order for a specific Saturday delivery, please telephone us for details and a cost (by 1pm on Friday at the latest), otherwise delivery will take place as outlined above.
