You may return any goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt. You must contact us first to notify us of your wish to return your goods. We accept returns for goods which have not been fitted, are unused and a perfect saleable condition. By this we mean correctly enclosed within all the original undamaged manufacturers packaging as well, along with all the instructions and any enclosed accessories.
We will also refund the original delivery costs, providing you are returning an entire order. If you are returning a part order, we will not refund your delivery charge.
The goods must be returned to us within a further 7 days from you notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of safely returning the item(s) to us and for this reason we recommend you use an insured postal/courier to do this. Your refund will be paid within a reasonable period of time once the goods are actually received back with us and checked, usually within a couple of days of receipt. We can only refund to the same card or payment method that you chose when placing your order as the refund will be made directly via our secure card processing system
• Report the return request within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Report the reason as to why you wish to have the item/s sent back.
• Keep the packaging and ensure it is opened with care.
• Keep the product and accessories in “as new” condition.
• Do not fit the product or modify it in any way.
• Ensure the product is returned within its original packaging.
• Do not return until authorisation has been given for the return.
• Once the return has been authorised return within 7 days.
